I just wanted to say that EndUserSharePoint.com is a great website and very helpful for most SharePoint concerns including their Stump the Panel Q&A for anyone apart from coding questions. Several of the contributing authors are programmers/developers and provide detailed steps to accomplish just about everything you'd want in SharePoint (including special scripts/code that you don't have to really customize or know a whole lot about to make your site do some really cool stuff).
